Procurement & Supply Chain Lead

About the role

ABS Developers is seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Lead to manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for its construction projects in Lahore. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining optimal inventory while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source materials, prepare and process purchase orders for ongoing projects.
• Evaluate, onboard, and monitor suppliers, assessing performance, reliability, quality, and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure favorable conditions.
• Coordinate with project and finance teams to track deliveries, resolve supply issues, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Optimize supply‑chain processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong procurement background in construction with hands‑on experience in procurement processes and purchase order preparation.
• Proven ability to evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Analytical mindset for cost analysis, demand forecasting, and inventory metrics.
• Experience in construction, real‑estate development, or related industries is highly preferred.
