Procurement & Warehouse Executive (Food Industry)

About the role

SwiftNine is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement & Warehouse Executive to support its food‑industry operations. The role combines purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse management to ensure smooth supply chain flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including supplier selection and purchase order creation.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain Goods Receipt Note (GRN) records and update inventory levels in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and assist in stock‑reconciliation activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, and warehouse management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and GRN management.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to keep precise inventory records and generate reports.
