Product Manager

About the role

DBS Solutions is looking for a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy and delivery of a key part of its product. The role works with engineering, design, data, marketing and customer teams to turn customer problems into products that create measurable business value. It is a full-time, onsite position in Johar Town, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for your area, aligned with company goals.
• Discover customer needs through interviews, usability testing, data analysis and market research.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog using a structured framework (e.g. RICE, MoSCoW).
• Work daily with engineering and design squads through sprint planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Define success metrics for each initiative (adoption, retention, conversion, revenue) and track them after launch.
• Partner with marketing, sales and support on launch plans and internal enablement.
• Manage stakeholders across the business, communicate trade-offs clearly and keep leadership informed on progress and risks.
• Run A/B tests and experiments, and use the results to improve the product.
• Work with QA and engineering so releases meet quality, security and compliance expectations.
• Monitor competitors and market trends and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of product management experience in healthcare, e-commerce or a digital product environment.
• Proven record of shipping products from idea to launch and improving them afterwards.
• Good understanding of how software is built (APIs, release cycles, technical trade-offs).

Required skills

• Analytical skills with data (SQL, and tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude or Looker)
• Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma and Notion
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority

Preferred qualifications include an MBA or technical background, experience with mobile apps, payments, marketplaces or B2B platforms, pricing, monetization or growth experiments, AI/ML-driven features, and experience with distributed or cross-border teams.
