Production Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a technically sound and proactive Production Engineer to support daily production activities, ensure line performance, uphold quality standards, and drive process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate with Assistant Managers – PAL & FPL to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure implementation of assembly and online quality standards as defined by suppliers and approved procedures.
• Monitor and analyze production, rejection, and rework data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.
• Maintain serviceability and availability of production lines, equipment, and tools.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and production procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and process documentation and records.
• Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Required profile

• BS Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates to 1 year of relevant experience in production, manufacturing, or electronics assembly.
• Basic understanding of production processes, quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
