Production Manager – OSBL Operations

About the role

The Production Manager OSBL will lead off‑site battery limit operations for a sustainable aviation fuel plant in Lahore. This full‑time, on‑site position coordinates daily production activities, monitors utilities and ancillary systems, and ensures compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee OSBL and utility operations, managing shift teams and contractors.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare operational reports and support root‑cause analyses.
• Collaborate with maintenance, HSE, process engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize equipment performance, implement process enhancements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production or operations management within a process, chemical, refinery or energy manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, health and environmental regulations and risk management.
• Effective leadership, communication and people‑management abilities, including coaching and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and production reporting software.
• Experience using production management tools and basic digital systems.
