Production Supervisor & Store Manager Positions in Karachi

About the role

We are partnering with leading clients in Karachi to recruit experienced professionals for two critical positions: Production Supervisor in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector and Store Manager in the retail sector. Both roles are full‑time, onsite positions that require strong operational leadership and a commitment to quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage production teams in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Coordinate production schedules, monitor equipment performance, and generate accurate production reports.
• Lead store operations, manage staff scheduling, and drive sales targets in a retail setting.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee stock replenishment, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role for the Production Supervisor position.
• At least 3 years of experience managing retail store operations for the Store Manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering for production; any discipline for retail).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with production reporting tools.
