Program Manager – Solar Energy & Infrastructure

About the role

UsTekMinds is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead its portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) solar interconnection projects in Pakistan. The role involves coordinating end‑to‑end project delivery from utility interconnection applications through to permission to operate, while working closely with US‑based teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of PV solar interconnection projects from Utility Interconnection Application (UIA) to Permission to Operate (PTO).
• Own all pre‑NTP work across the regional project pipeline.
• Coordinate multiple ongoing projects, aligning timelines, resources and inter‑dependencies.
• Track weekly pipeline progress and maintain Salesforce trackers.
• Support US teams with utility applications, site readiness, permitting, witness testing and close‑out documentation.
• Handle program‑level costs and budgets from Mechanical Completion (MC) to PTO.
• Identify risks, manage escalations and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Standardize project reporting tools and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Train new team members and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in the Energy or Infrastructure (EPC) sector.
• Proven project management and strong stakeholder management experience.
