About the role
The World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a Programme Policy Officer to support the Benazir Nashonuma Programme (BNP) in Islamabad. The officer will oversee monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities, ensuring data quality and timely information flow to guide programme decisions. This position is open to Pakistan nationals and contributes to WFP’s mission of saving lives and building pathways to peace and prosperity.
Key responsibilities
- Operate with a high degree of independence under the supervision of the BNP Manager.
- Manage monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems for the programme.
Required profile
- Pakistan national.
- Service contract for 12 months with possible extension.
- Grade SC‑9.
- Based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
