Project Coordinator (EST Time Zone)

About the role

vFairs is seeking a Project Coordinator in the EST time zone to support its event management platform. You will guide customers through onboarding, drive product adoption, and ensure a smooth experience throughout their subscription.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the customer onboarding experience from post‑contract to ongoing subscription.
• Create strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and product adoption.
• Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance.
• Assist operations in tracking, documenting and reporting quality levels.
• Analyze and investigate product complaints or quality issues to ensure closure according to guidelines.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor when liaising with high‑level customers from large enterprises, universities and government organizations.
• Analytical mindset to review trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Consultative approach to assess client potential and develop success strategies.
• Ownership‑driven attitude with a focus on customer success.
• Flexibility to support clients across time zones, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to multitask and adjust priorities on the fly.
• 0‑1 year experience in customer support, project management or client‑relations roles.
• Tech‑savvy with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
