Project Coordinator

About the role

MCG Technologies is hiring a Project Coordinator in Islamabad (on site, E-11/2), reporting to the Project Manager. The role supports project execution, stakeholder communication and operational coordination, working with customers, internal teams and external stakeholders to manage timelines, documentation, resources and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to define project requirements, scope, objectives and deliverables
• Create and manage work plans, schedules, timelines and resource allocation plans
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices to support execution
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams and prepare documentation, reports, meeting minutes and status updates
• Assign tasks to technical teams and monitor progress, risks and issues
• Keep project activities aligned with standards and customer expectations, and report regularly to Operations and management
• Handle project correspondence, coordinate procurement of equipment and supplies, and maintain inventory records and audits
• Support billing by preparing monthly reports and assisting customers with billing communications
• Coordinate scheduling of support activities and process service additions, modifications and downgrades

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field; candidates with an MPM are encouraged to apply
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management or operations support
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Organized, detail-oriented, analytical and proactive, with a customer-focused mindset
