Project Lead – High Impact Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to drive high‑impact projects from planning through delivery. The role demands strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor day‑to‑day field construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and cost analysis to keep projects financially on track.
• Prepare regular progress reports, maintain project documentation, and update Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and scope adherence.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Handle invoicing, follow‑up, and overall coordination of ongoing projects.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in IT, civil engineering, or construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communication with subcontractors, staff, and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
