Project Manager – AI Implementation Services

About the role

Adler One delivers AI implementation services and software buildouts through long‑term client engagements. As the organization scales across multiple concurrent projects, we need a Project Manager to own the communication and coordination layer that connects our team, clients, and leadership. You will act as the connective tissue of the operation, ensuring transparent status updates and smooth handoffs.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily stand‑ups, maintain sprint boards, and track milestones across all active engagements.
• Own weekly client status reports and facilitate client status meetings.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client operational questions.
• Set and protect delivery expectations, surfacing delays before they become surprises.
• Maintain a live risk log with mitigation plans and send proactive weekly delivery summaries to leadership.
• Coordinate handoffs between design, development, and QA to prevent gaps.
• Loop in the Solution Architect when technical decisions affect architecture.
• Build onboarding documentation so each new engagement starts on a clean footing.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; a US or neutral accent strongly preferred.
• Client‑ready written communication – status reports and emails that need no editing.
• Confidence on camera and composure under pressure, including handling push‑back from clients.
• Real experience running sprints, managing backlogs, and tracking milestones in a software delivery environment.
• Working knowledge of the SDLC to assess timeline health.
• Ability to identify blockers early and escalate quickly.
• Basic technical literacy (understanding of API integration, deployments, sprint velocity).
• Hands‑on fluency with Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar project‑management tools.
• Experience with Notion for documentation and reporting (strong plus).
