Project Manager – Civil / MEP

About the role

The Project Manager (Civil/MEP) will lead end‑to‑end execution of fuel‑station projects, ensuring quality, cost, safety and schedule targets are met. You will coordinate construction, extensions, equipment changes and ground works while complying with HSSE and design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project execution plans and identify critical requirements.
• Engage architects, designers and third‑party contractors, guiding design to meet specifications.
• Lead and monitor teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with HSSE and contractual obligations.
• Control costs, validate invoices and manage variations to forecast.
• Supervise site activities, especially hold‑point inspections, to guarantee contractual compliance.
• Maintain accurate project schedules, handle deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee Permit‑to‑Work system, supplier accreditation and re‑accreditation.
• Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure complete asset data registration and successful handover.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, driven individual capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Strong understanding of project engineering, HSSE requirements and fuel‑station environments.
• Ability to make decisions based on analysis while protecting company interests.
