Project Manager – CRM & CMS Digital Initiatives

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of our CRM platform, CMS, and digital product initiatives. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and vendors to ensure that enhancements align with business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM and CMS platforms, gathering and prioritising business requirements, coordinating configurations, integrations, upgrades and releases.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of product enhancements and digital transformation projects, defining scope, timelines, milestones and success metrics.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, manage risks, dependencies and change requests.
• Serve as primary point of contact for business users and technical teams, communicate status to leadership and coordinate with third‑party vendors.
• Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs, analyse feedback and system metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, CRM administration or digital platform management.
• Proven experience managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or Zoho.
• Proven experience managing CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication.
