Project Manager – Digital Financial Services (DFS)

About the role

Haball Private Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital financial services initiatives in Karachi. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end fintech projects, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Manage cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, and Business Analysis.
• Coordinate integrations with banking systems, payment gateways, and other financial partners.
• Track project timelines, risks, resources, and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in FinTech, banking, payments, or related financial technology domains.
• Proven ability to manage software development projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are a plus.
