Project Manager

About the role

Sukuk Technologies is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives from our Lahore office. You will coordinate teams, monitor timelines, and ensure successful delivery of IT projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects across multiple functional teams.
• Coordinate project activities, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Track progress and deliverables, aligning them with established timelines.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports, including sprint summaries, status updates, and delivery forecasts.
• Build and maintain advanced JQL queries in Jira to extract insights, track blockers, and monitor team performance.
• Manage capacity and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization.
• Apply estimation techniques for sprint planning and roadmap forecasting.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate effectively with leads, team members, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT (BSCS/BSSE/BSIT).
• 3–4 years of hands‑on project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management, task‑prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for leading teams and driving results.
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM or equivalent) is a plus.

Required skills

• Jira (including advanced JQL for filtering, reporting, and workflow management).
