Project Manager

About the role

Bricks Tech is seeking a hands‑on Project/Product Manager to own client projects from concept to launch. You will work in a fast‑paced AI‑first agency environment, translating vague client ideas into clear, scoped plans and delivering high‑quality MVPs and custom applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own client projects end‑to‑end, handling planning, scoping, sequencing and delivery within budget and timeline.
• Manage 3–5 concurrent builds, switching contexts smoothly while keeping each project on track.
• Serve as the primary client contact: run kickoffs, demos, check‑ins, set expectations and navigate scope, timeline or budget changes.
• Translate client goals into detailed requirements and validate feasibility with designers and engineers.
• Partner with designers to review wireframes, UI/UX flows and ensure the final product is usable, coherent and on‑brand.
• Coordinate internal resources, third‑party vendors and engineers for seamless execution.
• Maintain realistic project plans, track progress and communicate status to clients and leadership.
• Manage scope, schedule and cost changes, keeping documentation current.
• Identify risks early, surface blockers and escalate when necessary.
• Build strong client and vendor relationships that generate repeat work and referrals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project or product management experience, preferably in an agency, startup or software product setting.
• Proven track record of shipping products and leading teams of varying sizes.
• Comfort with ambiguity, strong product and design sense, and ability to engage in technical conversations.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
