Project Manager – Solar PV Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, from initial feasibility through design, construction, commissioning and hand‑over to operations & maintenance. You will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and in full technical compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from handover to commissioning and O&M.
• Develop, monitor and update project plans, schedules, budgets and risk mitigation measures.
• Lead feasibility studies, site surveys, system design and engineering reviews.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, contractual obligations and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with EPC partners, OEMs, utilities, vendors and internal teams.
• Supervise construction, installation, commissioning and grid synchronization activities.
• Control CAPEX/OPEX, approve invoices and manage cost overruns.
• Act as the primary technical and coordination point for clients, including participation in pre‑sales meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering MW‑scale utility or large C&I solar projects.
• Proven leadership and client‑management abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
