Purchase Manager – Hotels & Hospitality

About the role

The Purchase Manager (Hospitality) will be based on‑site in Lahore, overseeing all procurement activities for Indigo Heights Hotel. This full‑time position focuses on sourcing furnishings, engineering equipment, and food supplies while ensuring quality, cost‑efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and project teams to align procurement plans with hotel timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, quality standards, and cost controls.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality procurement, preferably in the Lahore market.
• Proven vendor management and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, inventory control, and contract management.
• Ability to analyze costs, compare quotations, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; certifications are a plus.
