Python Developer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Python Developer to join our growing development team in Jhelum. The role focuses on designing, building, testing, and maintaining scalable backend applications, APIs, and automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust Python applications and services.
• Design and implement secure RESTful APIs using Django, Flask or FastAPI.
• Write clean, reusable, and well‑documented code following best practices.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and production issues.
• Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and manage version control with Git.
• Automate repetitive business processes and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Python programming and OOP concepts.
• Frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, MongoDB.
• REST APIs, JWT, OAuth.
• Version control with Git.
• Docker, Linux environment.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (preferred).
• Additional tools: Redis, Celery, CI/CD pipelines.
