Quality Associate

About the role

As a Quality Associate you will support the delivery of high‑quality consumer intelligence data by performing low to medium complexity quality control tasks. You will work under supervision, ensuring that data ratings are accurate and compliant with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute low to medium complexity quality control tasks under supervision.
• Set QC ratings accurately to serve as a benchmark for further analysis.
• Maintain compliance with global quality standards defined by the MI OPS framework.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues, inconsistencies, or process gaps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to complete assigned tasks on time with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to assess data and identify root causes.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration.
• Sound judgment when handling ambiguous or complex situations.
• Product knowledge in a limited set of product groups.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
