About the role

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date compliance records and reports for management review.
• Support internal audit processes by identifying gaps, discrepancies, and improvement areas.
• Monitor ongoing adherence to company procedures and quality standards across departments.
• Identify errors and process inconsistencies, proposing actionable improvements.
• Coordinate follow‑ups with relevant teams to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports communicating audit findings, compliance status, and recommendations.
• Manage and guide a team of 10 interns or junior staff, delegating tasks and aligning with compliance goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to foster understanding of quality and regulatory requirements.
