Quality Management Systems Manager (IMS)

About the role

The Quality Management Systems Manager will lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Haier's Integrated Management System (IMS) in Lahore. The role ensures compliance with ISO standards, local regulations, and drives a culture of quality across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain IMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
• Develop, standardise, and continuously improve SOPs to meet ISO and internal requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct internal audits for QMS, EMS and OHS, documenting findings and tracking CAPA.
• Identify compliance gaps, manage corrective and preventive actions across all departments.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and After‑Sales to analyse complaints, warranty claims and launch quality improvement projects.
• Lead a team of four IMS and quality professionals, providing coaching, performance management and cross‑functional project coordination.
• Ensure compliance with PSQCA, EPA and other statutory regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Extensive experience in Integrated Management Systems or Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence organisational change.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as PSQCA and EPA.
