QuickBooks Supervisor – US Tax & Accounting

About the role

We are an agile, virtual‑first firm delivering nimble support for software, tax, accounting and financial systems to US‑based clients in the healthcare and technology sectors. As a QuickBooks Supervisor you will lead a cross‑border team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of US individual and business tax returns while supporting broader accounting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely US individual and business tax returns.
• Perform accounting tasks alongside tax work, using multiple cloud‑based tax and accounting platforms.
• Collaborate closely with team members located in the US and Pakistan.
• Conduct tax research to stay current with legislative changes and assess their impact.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives, leveraging automation to streamline procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant tax laws and keep complete records of tax‑related transactions.

Required profile

• ACCA/CA qualified or partially qualified.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including prior US taxation work.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work during US business hours (night‑time shift).
• High degree of accuracy, detail‑orientation and ability to multitask.
