Real Estate Agent (Luxury Residential & Commercial)

About the role

MGC Developments is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its luxury property team in Rawalpindi. You will be responsible for managing high‑end residential and commercial listings, guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes, and delivering premium client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property listings and conduct property viewings for luxury assets.
• Prospect new clients and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and present property proposals, negotiate offers, and close transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal flow.
• Stay updated on local market trends in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company standards.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License.
• Proven sales experience in real‑estate transactions.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building ability.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the luxury property market in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic digital tools such as CRM systems, email and property listing platforms.
