Short-Term Rental Operations Coordinator

About the role

Regal Realms Limited is a UK‑based short‑term rental and property‑operations company seeking a Pakistan‑based Operations Coordinator to manage its live portfolio of short‑stay properties. The role is fully remote and involves end‑to‑end handling of reservations, guest communication, turnovers and maintenance coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily short‑term rental reservations and guest messages across Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Coordinate check‑ins, check‑outs and property turnovers, ensuring timely cleaning and maintenance.
• Resolve guest issues and escalations, making operational decisions and following through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records in the property‑management system and update dashboards.
• Collaborate with the founder and wider team to improve operational processes and SOPs.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in short‑term rental or serviced‑accommodation operations.
• Demonstrated responsibility for live property portfolios, including reservations, guest communication and maintenance coordination.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong prioritisation, judgment and attention to detail, with ability to handle multiple urgent issues.
• Reliable computer, internet connection and backup plan.
• Availability for evening schedule and emergency rota.
