About the role

Apna Plot, a sole‑proprietorship operating in Pakistan’s real estate sector, is looking for a motivated Real Estate Salesperson to support property transactions and build lasting client relationships in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client opportunities through networking, referrals, listings, and local market outreach.
• Understand client requirements, recommend suitable properties, and arrange property viewings.
• Present property features, pricing, location benefits, and transaction information clearly and accurately.
• Negotiate professionally with buyers, sellers, landlords, and other parties.
• Maintain organized records of leads, viewings, follow‑ups, offers, and completed transactions.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support documentation and ensure smooth deal completion.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct follow‑ups, qualify prospects, and convert inquiries into viewings or transactions.
• Customer‑focused approach with a good understanding of local property markets, locations, and pricing factors.
• Professionalism, persistence, self‑motivation, and ability to work toward measurable sales targets.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital listings, messaging, spreadsheets, or customer‑relationship records.
