Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

Glosix Systems is hiring a full-time Real Estate Sales Agent based in Lahore. The successful candidate develops prospective client relationships, understands property requirements and guides prospects through the sales process with responsive, professional service. The role suits a proactive, customer-focused salesperson who can communicate clearly, organise follow-ups and work toward agreed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through appropriate channels.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable properties with accurate information on features, availability and pricing.
• Arrange property viewings, follow up on enquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
• Build and maintain a lead pipeline, record sales activity and give timely updates on opportunities.
• Support negotiations and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to progress transactions.
• Stay informed about local property listings and market conditions to help clients decide.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills for engaging prospective property clients.
• Lead generation, prospecting, relationship building and disciplined follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and present relevant property options accurately.
• Confidence in conducting property viewings and supporting client discussions and negotiations.
• Customer-service mindset, professionalism and sound judgment when handling enquiries.
• Organization and time management for coordinating appointments and maintaining a sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with Lahore neighbourhoods and real estate market practices is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for recording leads, updating client information and preparing routine sales updates.
