Real Estate Sales Executive – Lahore

About the role

Talux Developers is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join its team in Lahore. The role involves promoting and selling residential and commercial units within the premium TALUX ONE development, engaging directly with prospective buyers and guiding them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales leads for residential and commercial units.
• Conduct project presentations, property tours and site visits.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing detailed information on pricing, inventory and project features.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and assist clients with booking, documentation and payment processes.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to achieve sales targets.
• Stay informed about market trends and project updates.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or property development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and attend weekend client meetings when needed.
• Knowledge of Bahria Town Lahore and the local real‑estate market is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is an advantage.
