Receptionist

About the role

Prime Cuts is seeking a professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, managing front‑desk operations, and supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage the reception area and direct guests to the appropriate staff or department.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, take messages and respond to routine inquiries.
• Handle daily check‑ins, appointment scheduling and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning and document preparation.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Coordinate with security and facilities to ensure smooth entry and exit procedures.
• Support internal teams with ad‑hoc tasks including mail handling and simple bookkeeping records.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable at all times.

Required profile

• Clear spoken and written communication in Urdu and English.
• Professional phone etiquette and courteous customer service.
• Strong punctuality, reliability and consistent attendance.
• Attention to detail in handling documents and records.
• Ability to multitask calmly during busy periods.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Word.
• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of email for communication.
• Accurate data entry and typing skills.
