Recruiter – Full‑time, On‑site in Lahore

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Recruiter to join Tilco Technology Lab in Lahore. The role will drive end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and non‑technical positions, supporting our fast‑growing eCommerce technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of technology and eCommerce roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain a structured selection process.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, track hiring metrics, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to align recruitment plans with business priorities and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyse hiring data and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Familiarity with technology and eCommerce hiring, both technical and non‑technical.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
