About the role
We are looking for an energetic Recruiter who enjoys meeting new people and can quickly assess a candidate's potential through insightful questioning. The role involves building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to support current and future hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Conduct interviews via phone or in‑person.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- High energy and passion for recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
