Recruiter – Remote IT Talent Acquisition

About the role

Tekvaly is seeking an energetic, process‑driven Recruiter to join its fast‑growing recruitment team. This full‑time remote position focuses on sourcing and placing top IT talent for niche technology sectors such as cybersecurity, quantum, AI, blockchain, cloud, and data analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal tools.
• Collaborate with sourcing, pre‑screening, and interview teams to move qualified candidates through the hiring pipeline.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions, maintaining accurate records in the ATS and candidate database.
• Develop and send personalized recruiting emails, candidate summaries, and interview guides.
• Create monthly reporting dashboards and surveys to measure recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Knowledge of full life‑cycle recruitment and strong time‑management skills.
• Natural curiosity for emerging technologies and the ability to learn quickly about new roles and markets.

Required skills

• LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach.
• Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
