Recruitment Associate – Executive Search

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to support our Executive Search team in delivering high‑quality talent solutions across multiple industries. The role combines strategic headhunting, market research and candidate management, working remotely from anywhere in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in executing Executive Search assignments and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to build salary benchmarks and market intelligence.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, referrals and professional networks.
• Screen candidates, maintain communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, maintain accurate records in the ATS, and support offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous exposure to recruitment consultancy or Executive Search is a plus.
