Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various client roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, follow‑ups, and feedback loops.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers to ensure data accuracy.
• Draft job postings and outreach messages tailored to target audiences.
• Communicate professionally with candidates via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Support end‑to‑end hiring processes across multiple clients and positions.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment and hiring processes.
• Fresh graduates and early‑career candidates are encouraged to apply.
