Recruitment Executive – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking a motivated Recruitment Executive to join its talent acquisition team in Karachi. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client TA/HR leaders, gathering role specifications and providing status updates.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for executive, senior executive and C‑suite positions across banking, risk, compliance, operations, IT and digital banking.
• Develop and maintain a mapped network of senior banking professionals using LinkedIn, referrals and job portals.
• Coordinate with external recruiters and agencies to broaden reach for specialized mandates.
• Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards and compliance with SBP regulations and client fit‑and‑proper criteria.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives for senior banking talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience with exposure to the banking sector.
• Proven track record hiring executive, senior executive and C‑suite roles.
• Strong client‑relationship and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SBP regulations and fit‑and‑proper criteria for banking hires.
