Recruitment Specialist – Pakistan

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will support the Talent Acquisition function for the Pakistan market, partnering with product line managers to understand workforce needs and deliver qualified candidates for technical and functional positions, particularly within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product line managers to define role specifications and project timelines.
• Source resumes from job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial HR screenings, verify qualifications, and assess technical competencies.
• Prepare and issue offer letters in coordination with hiring managers.
• Support SME offices in Pakistan as required.

Required profile

• Graduated with a focus on HR or recruitment.
• Preferably a Certified Recruitment Analyst.
• 3‑5 years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably in technical talent acquisition for Oil & Gas or Energy.
• Strong knowledge of local market salary trends, statutory employment laws, and industry hiring practices.
• Experience with credential evaluation and qualification verification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Effective use of LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to source candidates from multiple channels and organize candidate data.
• Research and comparative analysis of qualifications and market rates.
