Recruitment Team Lead

About the role

An experienced Recruitment Team Lead is sought to lead and manage a team of recruiters while staying actively involved in hands-on recruitment. The role reports to the Director HR and involves supporting US clients and delivering hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. It is a full-time, on-site position in Lahore, Pakistan, available in day, mid-day or night shifts as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of 10 or more recruiters, ensuring productivity and hiring targets are met.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination and offer management.
• Personally handle recruitment assignments and help the team fill challenging or critical positions.
• Manage recruitment requirements for US clients and coordinate across time zones.
• Develop recruitment plans, allocate requisitions and monitor team performance against hiring KPIs.
• Track recruitment progress, keep accurate reports and update management regularly.
• Build sourcing strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6-8 years of recruitment experience, including hands-on, end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 recruiters.
• Proven experience working with US clients and managing recruitment across US time zones.
• Strong experience in recruitment planning, sourcing strategies, performance monitoring and hiring delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work day, mid-day and night shifts as required.

Preferred skills

• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
