Regional Education Manager – Central Punjab

About the role

The Regional Education Manager (REM) will lead the delivery of quality education across schools in Central Punjab. This female‑only position focuses on building high‑performance teams, implementing educational programmes, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate Area Teams to achieve productivity, engagement and a culture of care.
• Ensure delivery of quality education by implementing and monitoring inputs, tracking student learning outcomes, and conducting school visits and classroom observations.
• Design and execute implementation plans for educational interventions, enrolment and retention strategies.
• Lead training needs analysis, develop instructional material, and support staff recruitment, appraisal and retention.
• Analyze interventions, resources, student results and teacher performance to align with goals.
• Engage communities and coordinate with functional departments for resource allocation and programme execution.
• Manage MIS of education‑related indicators, maintain records and databases.
• Network with district education officials for relationship management and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a reputable institution.
• 8–10 years of experience in education, curriculum development, training and assessment, with leadership responsibilities.
