Regional Head of Sales & Services – Rawalpindi

About the role

The Regional Head of Sales & Services will lead the acquisition, growth, and retention of enterprise accounts in Rawalpindi across multiple industry segments. Acting as the single commercial face, you will drive revenue, portfolio adoption and post‑sales service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, gross margin and new‑account targets while expanding within named accounts.
• Develop and execute a regional industry plan, set goals, monitor weekly progress and adjust tactics.
• Drive cross‑sell and attach strategies for Cloud, Solutions/DICT, Mobility and Fixed/Connectivity product lines.
• Maintain accurate account plans, stakeholder maps and risk registers; secure customer references.
• Run daily prospecting cadences, weekly deal reviews and manage pipeline coverage, velocity and win‑rate.
• Lead solution‑selling discovery, coordinate with Solutions & Delivery for architecture, demos, PoCs and proposal quality.
• Co‑sell with CSPs, SIs and ISPs, align joint account plans and capture partner leads.
• Collect win/loss data, competitor insights and price‑to‑win signals to inform product and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Ensure timely billing, collections and resolve disputes with Credit/Contracts.
• Own regional customer experience in partnership with Delivery and Service Assurance teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 8‑10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling ICT, Cloud or IoT solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and margin targets.
• Strong understanding of industry segmentation and account‑based selling.
