Regional HR Business Partner – Branch Banking Network

About the role

The Regional HR Business Partner for the Branch Banking Network will act as a strategic advisor to regional leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and enhancing employee experience across the branch network.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Business Heads and Branch Managers to translate business challenges into HR interventions.
• Lead workforce planning, analytics, and talent acquisition for branch roles.
• Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and outcomes.
• Identify capability gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development to design development programs.
• Manage employee relations matters—grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and separations—in line with labour laws and bank policies.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, regulatory compliance, and coordination with Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams.
• Enhance employee engagement through branch visits, pulse surveys, and targeted action plans.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture across the network.
• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Monitor and analyse branch‑level attrition, absenteeism, manpower cost, and workforce metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Support organizational change initiatives, including digital adoption and customer‑centric transformation.
