Regional IELTS Manager – EU, Pakistan & CIS

About the role

The Regional IELTS Manager will oversee IELTS test centre operations across Europe, Pakistan and the CIS region. Reporting to the Regional IELTS Director, you will ensure centres meet delivery standards, provide excellent customer service and support new administrators in setting up associate centres.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive relationships with IELTS Test Administrators at associate centres.
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience for test‑takers before, during and after the exam.
• Lead the transformation of test centres into service‑excellence hubs through staff training and performance monitoring.
• Manage escalation of customer complaints and optimise B2C touchpoints.
• Provide monthly performance feedback to centres and address operational issues.
• Launch new IELTS products, monitor competitor offerings and coordinate marketing updates.
• Oversee fee invoicing, budget reviews and regional financial submissions.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with extensive experience in operations, sales or marketing.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop centre administrators.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with external partners.
• Motivated, results‑driven and comfortable with discovery and market analysis.
