About the role
Lead end‑to‑end regional payment operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage banking portals, bank uploads and payment file processing.
- Oversee Host‑to‑Host (H2H), MT940 and other bank integrations.
- Conduct manual and automated bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with remote teams and regional stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement, controls and automation, leveraging AI tools.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience in payments, banking operations, treasury or finance operations.
- MBA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience in e‑commerce, fintech or high‑volume technology environments is preferred.
Required skills
- Host‑to‑Host (H2H) and MT940 banking standards.
- Banking portals and payment file handling.
- ERP system usage for finance/payment processes.
- Excel for analytical tasks.
- AI/automation tools for efficiency gains.
