Regional Retail Media Campaign Execution Lead

About the role

Own the end-to-end execution of regional Retail Media & Partnerships campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring accurate launch, timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with local Retail Media teams, Category Managers, Ad Operations and other cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate campaign deliverables, manage dependencies and resolve execution blockers.
• Drive regional execution governance by maintaining campaign trackers, timelines, reporting and operational processes to ensure consistency and accountability across markets.
• Consolidate and analyse campaign performance data, ensure data accuracy and translate insights into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and regional clients.
• Develop client‑ready presentations, campaign proposals, business reviews and post‑campaign reports combining performance insights with strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, reporting frameworks and operational best practices, driving scalable processes that enhance execution efficiency.
• Act as regional execution lead for strategic initiatives, collaborating with market teams to ensure timely adoption of new retail media products, campaign formats and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in campaign management, account management, project management, retail media, digital advertising or e‑commerce.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, confident engaging cross‑functional teams regionally.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with large datasets and turning data into actionable insights.
