About the role

Big West Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the region. The role focuses on driving sustainable business growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve business targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business development plans.
• Conduct regional market analysis and forecast sales performance.
• Manage distributor and channel relationships, including negotiation and contract management.
• Coach, mentor, and develop high‑performing sales professionals.
• Maintain and grow key customer and account relationships.
• Monitor targets, performance metrics, and reporting.

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and market knowledge.
