Relationship Officer – Tele‑Sales (UAE Market)

About the role

Swipetify is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to join its outbound tele‑sales team serving the UAE market. This on‑site position in Karachi involves contacting prospective clients, presenting premium products, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UAE prospects to pitch products and services.
• Identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with professional communication.
• Record call details, pipeline status, and prospect information accurately.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in telesales, customer service, lead generation, or relationship management.
• Ability to handle objections, present solutions clearly, and follow up consistently.
• Target‑oriented mindset with good time‑management and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English preferred for international customer interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in using spreadsheets or similar management tools.
