Relocation Consultant – Sales (Onsite, Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Relocation Consultant to join our immigration consultancy team in Lahore. The role combines expert knowledge of immigration pathways with a strong sales focus, helping clients move abroad while meeting conversion targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert immigration leads into successful sales.
• Conduct client consultations to assess education, work experience, language proficiency and immigration goals.
• Evaluate eligibility and recommend suitable immigration programmes.
• Explain documentation requirements, timelines and processes clearly.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up leads to maximise conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the processing team for smooth case management and document submission.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and programme changes across multiple countries.
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and business development.
• Strong knowledge of immigration programmes, documentation and application procedures.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
