Remote Account Manager – Marketing & AI Tools

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive performance across email, SMS, and push‑notification campaigns. The role blends strategic marketing insight with hands‑on execution, leveraging AI tools to optimize results for clients in health, wellness, sports medicine, and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals and aligning marketing strategies.
• Design, launch, and manage multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) using platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, analytics platforms) for data analysis, creative generation, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Lead regular client meetings and presentations to review results and plan upcoming initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or account management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
