Remote Candidate Relations Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, people‑oriented professional to join our remote team as a Candidate Relations Representative. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for applicants, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring a positive experience from application to interview scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with job applicants through phone and email communication.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and evaluate applicant qualifications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability.
• Provide updates regarding application and interview status.
• Accurately document candidate interactions within recruitment systems.
• Assist with applicant follow‑ups and pipeline management.
• Meet daily communication and outreach goals.
• Support recruiting operations and talent acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of candidate conversations.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, recruiting, or sales support is preferred but not required.
• Professional and positive communication style.
