Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and screen candidates for a variety of remote positions. This full‑time role supports high‑volume hiring and offers a pathway into talent acquisition and HR careers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and contact potential candidates using company‑provided systems and databases.
• Conduct introductory phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications.
• Explain job opportunities and answer applicant questions professionally.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment notes.
• Assist with talent pipeline development and recruitment campaigns.
• Meet daily sourcing and outreach targets.
• Support additional recruiting and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection and computer equipment.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in recruiting, lead generation, customer support, or sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms is beneficial.
